Albuquerque Walk for MS: Walk to help others walk
Walk to help ensure others can continue to walk. On April 17, 2010 the Albuquerque chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is hosting their 25th annual walk-a-thon in Tiguex Park to raise money for research, education and direct financial assistance for those who suffer from multiple sclerosis. The park is located next to the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science.

Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta
Whoosh! Whoosh! As the hot air balloon filled with riders floats through the air, the world is silent and still -- except for the occasional whoosh sound and burst of heat from the flame propelling the balloon higher. Across the horizon, the sky is speckled with over 700 hot air balloons during the largest balloon fiesta in the world.
